This was a 5 star motel they had everything I like to see fights at 3am the cops go there all the time is like I’m watching cop but in real time I love it here
It's located in the center of every place you would go.
Great Dish Network Package! Fresh towels! Microwave and refrigerator. A/C works great. I think they will be having Maid Service Soon! Possibly Rewards points too!
Most comfortable beds (firm mattresses) south of Redding. Friendliest staff north of needles. Parking is a little tight but overall worth the money. And the fact that they care is obvious. The wiring needs a little work but mainly my own fault for being to tired at the time to understand old tech
It's a small independent, low budget motel with no frills. It generally caters to the transient and displaced without being dirty or sketchy. Rooms are of modest size, most rooms have only a tiny cubicle shower, amenities are sparse (no ice machine, no pool). Rooms are generally clean if one is lenient with the definition of clean.
Rag was very accommodating, service was quick and easy, room was clean and ac is cold, I recommend it if you're seeking inexpensive accommodations.

This hotel isn't perfect and I don't need perfection but the customer service was above and beyond. At first I didn't get a warm fuzzy feeling but I was a newcomer. Raj at the front desk turned out to be the most kind and fair man. Completely respectful. Non judgemental. The workers here are to be trusted. The housekeeper totally saved me and my belongings when I went to jail. The owner and her were %100 respectful of my belongings. I ended up living here for a couple months and felt like family. Any time I ever come to Ukiah I will be staying at the royal without a doubt. Any problem I had, Raj fixed it quick. He always seems concerned that all needs are met loyal fair and honest are 3 good qualities here for sure.
